Return & Shipping Policy

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at hello@shopcasakismet.com before placing an international order.

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier, typically 5–10 business days for domestic orders. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Casa Kismet LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns

  • We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@casakismet.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on vintage, one-of-a-kind, or final sale items.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shopcasakismet.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
